MEET THE CEO

Hello! My name is Lauren Karnstedt.


My entire professional career has been in Property Management. FUN FACT: It is literally the ONLY work I have ever done. It is my passion. With over 24 years of experience, I bring a dynamic skill set that ensures our communities are seamlessly managed, meeting the needs of both the homeowners and the community Board of Directors. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker which is a requirement in many states to even manage properties.


I began my journey into property management at the tender age of 17 in massive Los Angeles County, arguably one of the most challenging markets in the country. There, I developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing properties and communities. I have successfully managed over 10,000 units across various firms, overseeing property supervisors, large maintenance teams, and expansive regional staff, all while working with the most prominent investment firms in the South Bay, Antelope Valley and San Fernando areas. 


There were many more challenges in such a sprawling metropolitan area, and I learned to navigate them all, but with a primary focus on positive resident relations and mediation of potential legal disputes, seeking to reach amenable resolution for all parties. My primary goal is to have neighborhoods that are the envy of others, where maintenance shows pride of ownership and residents feel supported, protected, respected, and happy!


Learning to navigate through California's highly regulated environment equipped me with a robust understanding of compliance and governance within homeowners' associations. Those rigorous standards have instilled in me a meticulous approach to protective HOA management, ensuring that proper business procedures are followed, and homeowner interests are prioritized. This experience provided me with opportunity to see a more dynamic array of scenarios and develop the skills to navigate complex issues, including:

Understanding the intricacies of state and local regulations to ensure our community operates within legal parameters.


Conflict Resolution:

Effectively addressing disputes and concerns among homeowners and the Board of Directors, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.

Managing budgets and financial planning to ensure the sustainability and growth of our community.


Since relocating to Idaho several years ago, I’ve chosen to focus specifically on Homeowners Associations. The shift from managing tenants to supporting homeowners has been immensely rewarding. I find deep satisfaction in helping residents achieve pride in their communities, fostering a sense of ownership and belonging that is often missing in management of rental properties. 

I am passionate about serving homeowners and believe in a collaborative approach to community management. My goal is to create an environment where residents feel valued and engaged. It is my goal to be an advocate for homeowners, acting as a sounding board and a bridge for communication. My team and I will listen to your concerns, address questions expediently, and work together to enhance our communities. 


In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband of over 20 years, Charlie, and our 2 boys, a pre-med BSU Freshman, Dylan, and our 11-year-old, Ryan. We love cooking, entertaining, hiking, fishing and exploring the great state of Idaho. Our faith, family and friends are our priorities outside of work.
